CANCELLATION / REFUND / NON-PAYMENT POLICY

We get it, "shipping happens".  If that is the case and your items arrive damaged, feel free to reach out and we will replace those damaged items for you.  If your package appears to be damaged as soon as it is delivered. Do not open the package, take a picture of it and send it to us.  Either write or use a "RETURN TO SENDER" label on it, take it to the local post office or give it to your local USPS delivery person and we will take care of it from there. Once we receive the package, we will resend out the order at no extra cost to you.

If the package does not appear to be damaged and there are items within the contents that were damaged due to faulty packaging, once again send us a picture of the damaged item and we will either send you out a new one to take its place or we can give you a refund.

All claims on damaged products will not be honored past 10 days of delivery of the item.  

Any items such as toys, statues, collectibles or comic books may not be returned due to original packaging defects unless the damage was caused from mishandling of the item by the shipping company. In this case, physical outside damages need to be clearly visible and pictures should be taken of the package before it is opened when possible. We do not guarantee product grades unless otherwise noted within the product description.

Items may not be refunded for any reason other that damage caused through mishandling of the shipping company or items overlooked and damaged through packaging.

We do not guarantee the grade of any comic unless stated otherwise within the description of the item.

Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery on any item(s) that were not fulfilled according to your order.  We are not responsible for any item or items may or may not have been received due to the fault of the purchaser. 

All Single issue and Ratio Bundle Sales are Final. No cancellations or refunds will be granted on these items moving forward unless we receive these items damaged from the distributor and replacements are not made available from the distributor.

FOC Orders will be invoiced once all issues for that order have arrived and Subscriptions will be invoiced on a monthly basis at the 1st of each month.  Once the invoice has been sent, there is a 5 day grace period for you to pay your invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, your items will be shipped.

Non-payment of an invoice after the 10 day grace period will result in the items being returned back to the inventory and they will be sold on the website.  This will also result in your account being deactivated.
